Sivel Poker is a free-to-play social poker game. It does not accept deposits, permit real-money wagering, award cash or merchandise prizes, or allow withdrawals. The Service is intended only for adults age 18 or older and is void where prohibited or restricted. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the age and legal requirements that apply where you live.
Not a Real-Money Gambling Service
Terms such as “bet,” “raise,” “pot,” “buy-in,” “bankroll,” “cash game,” and “high stakes” describe simulated poker gameplay only. They do not represent real money, stored value, a financial account, or a promise of payment. Success in Sivel Poker does not predict success in real-money gambling.

Terms of Service
Effective and last updated July 22, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Sivel Poker, including its website, accounts, virtual chips, solo games, public tables, private rooms, profiles, friends, chat, messages, promotions, and administration features (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
2. Adult Eligibility and Local Law
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your location. The Service is void where prohibited. You are responsible for following applicable laws and for leaving the Service if local rules do not allow your participation.
3. Free-to-Play Only
The Service offers simulated poker for entertainment. No real-money deposits, wagers, withdrawals, cash prizes, merchandise prizes, or items of real-world value are offered. Sivel Chips and all other balances, rewards, levels, statistics, badges, and virtual items are limited licenses for use inside the Service. They are not property, currency, stored value, or financial accounts; have no cash value; and may not be sold, purchased, transferred for value, or redeemed.
4. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. We may require password changes, invalidate sessions, restrict access, or recover balances to protect users and the Service.
5. Gameplay, Errors, and Virtual Balances
Online gameplay is controlled by the server. Connection failures, software defects, duplicate requests, interrupted hands, or administrative corrections may affect a hand or balance. We may void, correct, restore, remove, or recalculate virtual chips, results, statistics, rewards, or table states when reasonably necessary to correct errors, protect game integrity, enforce these Terms, or perform maintenance. Virtual balances are provided “as available” and are not guaranteed to remain permanently available.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Real-money wagering, side bets, chip sales, account sales, or exchanging virtual chips for anything of value.
- Collusion, soft play, chip dumping, multi-accounting, ghosting, shared accounts, automated bots, scripts, unauthorized assistance, data mining, or exploiting hidden information.
- Abusing bugs, bypassing rate limits or access controls, interfering with servers, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, doxxing, scams, spam, impersonation, or unlawful content.
- Evading mutes, suspensions, blocks, or other enforcement actions.
7. Profiles, Chat, and Messages
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Sivel Poker a nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, moderate, secure, and improve the Service. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. Private messages are intended for their participants but may be preserved, disclosed, or reviewed when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce rules, secure the Service, or comply with law.
8. Moderation and Termination
We may warn, mute, remove content, remove a player from a table, adjust virtual balances, suspend, terminate, or restrict an account when we reasonably believe rules were violated or action is needed for safety, security, maintenance, or legal compliance. Serious conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
Sivel Poker's software, branding, layouts, graphics, sounds, text, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable, nontransferable right to use the Service for lawful entertainment.
10. Availability and Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent preservation of data or balances, compatibility with every device, or that every defect will be corrected immediately. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sivel Poker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of virtual items, or loss arising from unauthorized account use, interruptions, or third-party services. Because the Service is free and virtual chips have no monetary value, any direct liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and, where appropriate, presented for acceptance. Questions may be sent to legal@sivelpoker.com.

You may update profile information in the Service. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where an exception applies. Sivel Poker does not currently sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.
8. Children
The Service is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it and disable the account.
9. Processing Location and Changes
Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations used by service providers. We may update this Policy as the Service changes. Material revisions will be identified by an updated effective date.
10. Contact
Privacy questions and requests: privacy@sivelpoker.com. General support: support@sivelpoker.com.
Community Rules
Effective and last updated July 22, 2026
Sivel Poker is built around competitive poker and respectful social play. These rules apply to display names, profiles, tables, public chat, private messages, invitations, and every other community feature.
Be Respectful
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hateful conduct, slurs, sexual harassment, or targeted humiliation.
- No doxxing, sharing private information, encouraging self-harm, or credible threats of violence.
- No sexually exploitative content or any sexual content involving minors.
Keep the Service Honest
- No scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, deceptive links, or attempts to obtain another user's credentials.
- No buying, selling, lending, or trading accounts or Sivel Chips.
- No coordination to manipulate tables, transfer chips, reveal private cards, or unfairly target another player.
Use Social Features Responsibly
- Do not repeatedly message, invite, or follow users who have asked you to stop.
- Use blocking and reporting tools when needed. Do not evade a block, mute, or suspension through another account.
- Keep display names, avatars, and bios appropriate for a general adult gaming community.
Enforcement
Responses may include content removal, warnings, chat mutes, table removal, balance corrections, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or referral to authorities. Enforcement may consider severity, context, history, risk, and efforts to evade prior action.
Reporting
Report urgent safety, cheating, or abuse concerns to support@sivelpoker.com. Include the username, approximate time, table or room, and a concise description. Do not publicly retaliate or organize harassment.
Fair Play & Game Integrity
Effective and last updated July 22, 2026
Online Card Generation
Online hands are created by the Sivel Poker server. The deck is shuffled server-side with a Fisher–Yates shuffle using cryptographically secure random-number generation, and private cards are sent only to the entitled player. The browser renders the authorized state but does not choose online cards.
No Independent Certification
Current disclosure: the randomization and game engine have not been independently certified by a gaming laboratory. Sivel Poker is a free social game, not a regulated real-money poker operator. This page describes the implemented system and does not claim regulatory approval.
Solo Games
Solo mode runs locally against computer-controlled opponents. Solo statistics and bankroll are separate from the server-backed online bankroll and may be stored in your browser.
Cheating and Collusion
Collusion, chip dumping, shared cards, multiple accounts at the same table, automation, unauthorized assistance, exploitation of hidden data, and intentional abuse of software defects are prohibited. We may review game, connection, wallet, communication, and account records to protect integrity.
Disconnects and Errors
Connection loss may cause automatic checking, folding, sitting out, or delayed state updates. If an error produces an incorrect balance, result, or reward, administrators may correct the record. Report reproducible bugs to security@sivelpoker.com and do not exploit them.
Administration
Authorized administrators can moderate accounts, correct virtual balances, manage tables, and protect the Service. Sensitive actions are intended to be recorded in an audit trail. Administrative authority may not be used to view a player's unrevealed private cards during ordinary play.
Responsible Play
Effective and last updated July 22, 2026
No money is at risk in Sivel Poker. The Service has no deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, or redeemable chips. Responsible Play here means maintaining healthy time, social, and emotional boundaries around a poker-themed entertainment game.
Healthy Play Practices
- Decide how long you plan to play and take regular breaks.
- Do not chase virtual losses or let a game interfere with sleep, work, school, relationships, or responsibilities.
- Use mute, block, sit-out, and leave-table controls when play becomes stressful or another player is disruptive.
- Remember that short-term poker outcomes involve chance and do not measure personal worth or future real-money results.
Take a Break or Close an Account
You may stop playing at any time. To request a temporary restriction, permanent account closure, or deletion request, contact support@sivelpoker.com. Some limited records may be retained for security, integrity, disputes, or legal obligations.
Real-Money Gambling
Sivel Poker does not provide real-money gambling advice or services. If poker-themed play contributes to an urge to gamble money or causes distress, stop playing and seek appropriate local support.
Cookies, Browser Storage, Requests & Contact
Effective and last updated July 22, 2026
Browser Storage
Sivel Poker currently uses essential browser storage, including local storage, to remember solo progress, profile preferences, audio/display settings, server connection preferences, and account session information. This storage is needed for requested features and continuity.
No Advertising Trackers Currently
The current Service does not include third-party advertising trackers, behavioral advertising cookies, or cross-site analytics scripts. If nonessential tracking is introduced later, this notice and any required consent choices should be updated before deployment.
Managing Storage
You can clear site data using your browser controls. Doing so may sign you out and erase locally stored solo progress and settings, but it does not automatically delete server account data.
Account and Privacy Requests
To request account access, correction, deletion, closure, or a copy of your personal information, email privacy@sivelpoker.com. Include your username and the type of request. Do not send your password. Identity verification may be required.
